CHALLENGE: Design an experience that fit inside a box.

SOLUTION: Choosing a mystical experience that would appeal to individuals who have an interest in spirituality, magic, and the metaphysical (most often young women), we set out to create stylistically cohesive and interactive activities. Ethereal Esoterica served as a beginner's guide for people interested in divining the future who are looking to dip their toes into mysticism. We focused on creating a tarot card set, dream analysis zine, palm reading kit, and tea leaf reading kit (not pictured in portfolio), as well as the box that would hold all of the activities. Considering the broader experience rather than just the activities in the box, we also included crushed lavender to add a sensory element that complemented the overall journey.
