UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA STATE MUSEUM - MORRILL HALL

CHALLENGE: Create a campaign to launch the new exhibit floor of Morrill Hall, Cherish Nebraska.

SOLUTION: The design of this campaign focused on some of the key exhibit features from Nebraska's past, including a heavy focus on Barbourofelis, a member of the false saber-tooth cat family named after Erwin Hinckley Barbour – a former director and curator of the museum. Showing highlights from the exhibit in the form of scientific artwork and actual photographs gave a sneak peak of what visitors could actually come face to face with.

The overall campaign was launched with a special charter membership package which heavily featured the warm goldenrod color associated with the Nebraska state flower and the teal blue reminiscent of the blue Nebraska sky. Additionally, as part of this campaign and to reward loyal members of the museum, we held a special members-only launch party with exclusive events and sneak peaks for both Charter Members and our general Annual Members. This event featured special VIP access passes to add to the exclusive vibe.
